Who we are

Garageflow Systems Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through torqueos.co.uk and operates the TorqueOS™ product. References to "we", "us", or "TorqueOS" in this policy refer to Garageflow Systems Ltd.

What information we collect

When you use the contact or enquiry form on torqueos.co.uk, we collect:

• Your name
• Your workshop name
• Your postcode and workshop size
• Your email address (if provided)
• Your mobile number (if provided)
• What you use today and what you asked us about

If you arrive through a campaign link, we also attach the campaign source, medium, campaign, term and content values, landing URL, referrer and common advertising click identifiers to an enquiry you choose to submit. This helps us understand which enquiry route brought you to TorqueOS.

We also receive technical information that any web server receives as a standard part of internet communication — such as IP addresses and browser type — though we do not store or process this beyond normal server operations.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use torqueos.co.uk. Google Analytics 4 uses analytics cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and understand how the site is used. It is not used for advertising, remarketing, or building advertising profiles on this site. No advertising pixels, remarketing tools, or third-party ad networks (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) are used on this site. How we use your information

We use your enquiry information to:
