Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to TorqueOS™ subscriptions and optional services supplied by Garageflow Systems Ltd. References to "we", "us" or "TorqueOS" mean Garageflow Systems Ltd.

Your order form, proposal or commercial schedule records the package, optional services, pricing and any agreed service-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the document agreed specifically for your order takes priority for that service.

2. Packages, pricing and optional services

The current public package direction is shown on our Pricing page. Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Package scope and any introductory terms are recorded before an order is agreed.

Website design and build, managed hosting, online booking, assisted setup, migration, specialist technical or vehicle data and other tailored services are not automatically included in a TorqueOS software subscription. Where selected, their scope and charges are agreed separately.

3. Unlimited users

Where a package is described as including unlimited users, this means TorqueOS does not charge per user seat or per technician seat for that package. It does not mean that third-party or usage-based services are unlimited.

4. Fair Usage

Certain TorqueOS features rely on third-party or usage-based services, including but not limited to SMS, vehicle registration and vehicle-data lookups, technical-data services, messaging providers, AI services and file or media storage.

These services may be subject to reasonable fair-use allowances based on the Customer’s subscription package.

TorqueOS may monitor usage to protect service availability, supplier costs and the fair operation of the service.

Where usage materially exceeds normal workshop use or an applicable allowance, TorqueOS may contact the Customer, recommend an alternative package, offer additional usage or capacity, or apply additional charges where these have been agreed or published.

TorqueOS will not normally interrupt legitimate day-to-day workshop operations merely because a fair-use threshold has been reached. However, TorqueOS reserves the right to restrict abusive, automated, fraudulent or excessive use that could affect service availability, supplier limits or other customers.

Current usage allowances, where applicable, may be set out separately in the relevant pricing, order form or commercial schedule and may vary by package. Those separately stated allowances may be updated without rewriting these Terms.

Specialist technical-data services may be supplied as separately chargeable add-ons and may have their own supplier terms or allowances.

5. Third-party services

Some TorqueOS capabilities depend on third-party providers. Their availability, coverage, response times and data may be affected by supplier systems and limits outside our direct control. We will make the applicable scope clear when a service is ordered.

6. Customer responsibilities

Customers must use TorqueOS lawfully, keep account access secure and ensure that information, messages and media submitted through the service may lawfully be used for their intended purpose. Customers must not use TorqueOS to send abusive, fraudulent or unsolicited communications or to interfere with the service.

7. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data collected through this website is explained in our Privacy Policy. Product-specific data processing arrangements may be set out separately where required.

8. Service changes and availability

We may improve or replace features while taking reasonable care not to materially undermine an agreed service.

9. Suspension and ending a service

Subscription duration, renewal, cancellation and notice arrangements are set out in the relevant order form or commercial schedule. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, material non-payment, abuse or protection of the service and its users.

10. Liability

Any service-specific warranties, exclusions or liability limits are set out in the relevant order form or commercial schedule. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as TorqueOS and its services evolve. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated where reasonably practical.
