Control
When the vehicle arrives, assign a technician and follow the job and its next action from the front desk to the workshop.
Inspect
The technician records inspection findings and Vehicle Health Check (VHC) results on the digital job card.
Authorise
Price any additional work and record the customer's authorisation, keeping the job moving without paper forms.
Complete
Track when parts arrive and work resumes, then complete the checks, raise the invoice, take payment and mark the vehicle ready to collect.
Retain
Customer history and later reminders remain inside TorqueOS for the next visit.
The reception team, workshop controller and technicians share the same job status on Workshop Display/TV. Digital T-cards, technician management and workshop capacity keep the live work and next actions clear from booking through to ready to collect.
