Before changing systems, list the customer and vehicle history, open estimates and jobs, future bookings, VHC records, invoices and parts-purchasing details you need. Ask both software providers which records can be exported, how old records will be kept, and how data will be checked and staff trained. TorqueOS migrations are planned with the workshop; a like-for-like transfer is not assumed.
