Taking a job through to payment

Getting paid should not involve double-entry. Our garage management software is designed so the administrative side of a job follows the physical work naturally.

In a typical UK workshop, the work is approved, carried out using digital job cards, and then billed out. By the time the vehicle is ready for collection, the invoice should simply reflect the parts and labour already logged. After payment is taken, the vehicle history is stored, allowing your CRM to trigger the right reminders next year.
